Thank you for choosing the BodyDream Consulting Program. Our goal is to provide high-quality services and training to help you achieve your goals. If you are not satisfied with our services, we have a money-back policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Refund Request:
1.1. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the services provided, you have the right to request a full refund of the amount paid within 30 (thirty) days after hiring our consultancy.
1.2. The refund request must be made through our customer service channel by email (contato@bodydream.com.br), stating the reason for dissatisfaction and detailing the services contracted.
Refund Conditions:
2.1. The refund will only be granted if the request is made within 30 (thirty) days after hiring the consultancy.
2.2. The client must prove that he/she used the consultancy services appropriately and that he/she did not obtain the expected results.
2.3. If the client has purchased consultancy packages or plans with a fixed duration, the refund will be proportional to the unused period, provided that it is within 30 (thirty) days after the contract is signed.
Refund Process:
3.1. After receiving the refund request and analyzing the information provided, our team will contact the customer to clarify any questions and continue the refund process.
3.2. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the services.
3.3. The time for the refund to be processed may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing, but will normally occur within 15 (fifteen) business days after the refund is approved.
Cancellation of Consulting:
4.1. If the client wishes to cancel the consultancy before the 30 (thirty) day period, a refund will be granted proportional to the unused period.
4.2. The customer must contact our customer service team to request cancellation and refund.
Exclusions:
5.1. Refunds will not be granted in cases of non-compliance with the consultancy's policies and terms of use, inappropriate use of the services or if unsatisfactory results are due to incorrect information provided by the client.
Changes to the Money Back Policy:
6.1. We reserve the right to modify this Money Back Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
